Dionicio ‘Don’ Perez

Don Perez leads a global real estate Critical Systems/Engineering Support (CSES) group responsible for providing overall governance of the CSES program for 6,000+ facilities globally. His responsibilities include managing the Real Estate Production Assurance Center, which facilitates incident and problem management, and change coordination with all JPMC internal lines of business. His Team is also responsible for the Corporate Real estate Business continuity and Disaster Recovery functions including coordination of first responder efforts. He is also responsible for oversight of the Environmental, Health and Safety program.

In addition to his full time job assignment, Don holds the title of JPMC Emeritus Global Chairman of Adelante, the firm’s Latino employee networking group, with over 9,500 employee members. He serves as a senior advisor for 23 Adelante chapters across the U.S., UK and Latin America. Don is recognized by the Firm as a diversity champion and leader supporting the efforts of the 120+ business resource groups and 64,000 employee members across JPMorgan Chase. He has been an active New York community volunteer, supporter/advisor for high school students seeking college entrance, college students seeking internships and also informally mentors many internal and external professionals. He received an award by the U.S. Pan Asian NE Chamber of Commerce as their 2011 Corporate Ambassador of the year, a Leadership Award from the NE based non-profit Selective Corporate Internship Program, sits on the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors as a member of the Executive Committee and is the 2016 Chairman for the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce representing Chase. Don also is a member of the Dallas Citizens Council and the Dallas Regional Chamber.

Don attended Our Lady of the Lake College in Texas with a focus in Business Administration and Economics. He also holds an AA in Technology from San Antonio College. Don is married to Helen his wife of 41 years, and they have three grown children and five grandchildren.
