USHCC’s SEVENTH ANNUAL ERG SUMMIT AND CORPORATE CHALLENGE
The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) continues to recognize the growing importance and value of corporate employee resource groups (ERGs). ERGs are increasingly demonstrating that they have an impact on employee engagement, community outreach, insight into our community’s businesses and most importantly, contributions to the achievement of business goals.
For the past six years, the USHCC has conducted the only ERG Summit and Corporate Challenge in the nation. Over 100 corporations have competed since the inaugural event, proving that ERGs are more ready than ever to provide value and impact their company’s growth. The first six winners – AT&T in 2010, General Electric in 2011, 2012 winner JPMorgan Chase, 2013 winner Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America in 2014, and PG&E in 2015 – have been recognized as the best ERGs in the country.
The level of enthusiasm and excitement from the previous several years serves as a wonderful foundation for our continued focus on ERG development. That is why we are proud to announce that the ERG Summit and Corporate Challenge will be back again in 2016.
We invite your company’s ERGs to participate in the 7th Annual ERG Summit & Corporate Challenge, which will take place on Monday, October 10, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. during the USHCC 2016 National Convention at the Fontainebleau in Miami, FL.
Please share information about the 7th Annual ERG Summit and Corporate Challenge with your corporate executives, diversity practitioners and ERG leaders and supporters. Any questions you may have can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
